- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about one inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small bowl to make the dip. Adjust the sriracha to your heat preference.
- Serve the meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip and enjoy!

For best taste, adjust heat levels in the dip according to your preference. These meatballs can be served with rice or fresh veggies.
