Delicious Korean Chicken Breasts marinated in a sweet and savory sauce, perfect for family gatherings or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Steamed rice for serving
- Steamed vegetables for serving
Instructions
- Mix the soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey (or brown sugar), sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Take the chicken out of the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 25-30 minutes.
- Serve the chicken breasts alongside steamed rice and vegetables.
Notes
For more flavor, marinate for 2-4 hours. Pair with kimchi for an extra zing.
