Description

Ingredients

  • Pasta of your choice
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • ¼ cup Heavy cream (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain it and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat until it becomes slightly golden.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, taking care not to burn it.
  4. Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and zest, mixing everything together.
  5. If using, add the heavy cream and mix until well combined.
  6. Season your sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, ensuring it’s well coated. If it seems a little dry, add a splash of the pasta water.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes
