Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces spaghetti or linguine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon (zest and juice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

  3. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook until fragrant but not browned—about 30 seconds.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, along with the lemon zest and juice.
  5. Mix everything well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve your Lemon Pasta topped with fresh herbs and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
