A creamy and zesty lemon dessert that’s easy to make and refreshing for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Combine the heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is just about to boil.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes before pouring it into your serving dishes.
- Pop the filled serving dishes into the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Serve cold, optionally garnished with fresh berries or a dollop of whipped cream.
Notes
For best results, use fresh lemons and allow enough time for it to chill before serving.
