Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Whisk the eggs and milk together in another bowl.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour to coat evenly.
  5. Dip the floured chicken into the egg and milk mixture.
  6. Roll the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture for a thick coating.
  7. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
