- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Whisk the eggs and milk together in another bowl.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour to coat evenly.
- Dip the floured chicken into the egg and milk mixture.
- Roll the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture for a thick coating.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
