Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large lettuce leaves or low carb wraps
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sour cream or hot sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  2. Add shredded chicken to the skillet along with salt and pepper and mix. Heat through for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in shredded cheese until melted into the chicken and garlic mixture.
  4. Place a portion of the cheesy chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf or low carb wrap.
  5. Roll them up, securing the filling inside.
