- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 large lettuce leaves or low carb wraps
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sour cream or hot sauce for serving
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add shredded chicken to the skillet along with salt and pepper and mix. Heat through for about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted into the chicken and garlic mixture.
- Place a portion of the cheesy chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf or low carb wrap.
- Roll them up, securing the filling inside.
- Serve immediately with optional sour cream or hot sauce.
Notes
For best flavor, don’t skip the garlic and choose a cheese that melts well. Fresh lettuce is key for rolling.
