Description

A refreshing mango sorbet that’s easy to make and perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely, then let it cool.
  2. Blend the diced mangoes, cooled sugar syrup, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Pour the mango mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 120 minutes.
  4. Scrape the mixture with a fork to create a light, fluffy texture, then return it to the freezer until firm.
  5. Serve the sorbet in bowls or cones and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, allow the sorbet to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
