Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely, then let it cool.
- Blend the diced mangoes, cooled sugar syrup, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour the mango mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 120 minutes.
- Scrape the mixture with a fork to create a light, fluffy texture, then return it to the freezer until firm.
- Serve the sorbet in bowls or cones and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, allow the sorbet to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
