A refreshing and nutritious Matcha Smoothie that combines the sweetness of banana, earthy matcha, and creamy almond milk for a delicious start to your day.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the banana, spinach, almond milk, matcha powder, and honey or maple syrup if you’re using it.
  2. Blend until smooth to combine all the ingredients nicely. The smoothie should take on a lovely bright green color.
  3. If you prefer it chilled, add ice cubes and blend again until icy.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
