- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Spread pizza sauce onto each tortilla.
- Layer with cooked ground beef, crumbled Italian sausage, and chopped pepperoni.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Add red pepper flakes if desired for some heat.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, and top with fresh basil if desired.
