- 12 small tart shells, baked
- 14g butter
- 60g pink marshmallows
- 88g cream cheese
- 85g white chocolate
- 6 tbsp strawberry jam
- 190ml cream
- 1/4 cup additional strawberry jam for core
- 12 strawberries, sliced
- 200ml whipping cream
- 100g mascarpone
- Powdered sugar to taste
Instructions
- Melt the mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together the butter, pink marshmallows, cream cheese, and white chocolate until smooth.
- Stir in strawberry jam: Transfer the melted mixture to a glass bowl. Gently stir in the strawberry jam and let it cool to room temperature.
- Whip the cream: In another bowl, whip 190ml of cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold it together: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled strawberry cream cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Fill the tart shells: After chilling, fill each tart shell with the cream using a piping bag.
- Make whipped topping: Whip the remaining 200ml of cream with mascarpone and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Decorate and serve: Decorate the tartlets with the whipped mixture and arrange them on a platter, adding fresh sliced strawberries if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days. Avoid freezing as the cream filling may separate.
