Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. Combine the lemon cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold about two-thirds full.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let the donuts cool for a few minutes before removing them from the pan.
  6. Mix the powdered sugar, pureed strawberries, and lemon juice for the glaze.
  7. Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the glaze or drizzle it over them.
