- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
- Combine the lemon cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool for a few minutes before removing them from the pan.
- Mix the powdered sugar, pureed strawberries, and lemon juice for the glaze.
- Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the glaze or drizzle it over them.
- Serve with optional toppings like sprinkles or chopped nuts.
Notes
