- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream and crushed Oreo cookies gently.
- Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners and fill each liner with the cheesecake mixture, leaving space for rising.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until set with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Let them cool for a bit, then refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
Notes
Serve with extra crushed Oreos, chocolate sauce, or whipped cream. Store in the fridge for up to five days or freeze for up to three months.
