Indulge in a creamy chocolate peanut butter mousse layered on a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups heavy cream, divided
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and chill.
  3. Whip 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture gently.
  6. Pour the peanut butter mousse over the graham cracker crust and smooth it out.
  7. Heat the remaining heavy cream until boiling and stir in the chocolate chips until smooth.
  8. Pour the ganache over the peanut butter layer.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Slice and serve, garnishing with whipped cream and chopped peanuts if desired.
