Instructions

- Add the sour cream, key lime juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in another bowl.
- Layer the graham cracker mixture and cheesecake filling in jars until filled.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Add a slice of lime on top before serving for garnish.
