Delicious and quick no-bake energy bites made with peanut butter, oats, honey, and chocolate chips. Perfect for a healthy snack!


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the quick oats and mini chocolate chips. Stir to mix them evenly.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey to the bowl. Mix until everything combines into a sticky mixture.
  3. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls (about 12 equal-sized bites).
  4. Store the energy bites in an airtight container. Keep them at room temperature for a couple of days or refrigerate for up to a week.

Notes

Use natural peanut butter for the best flavor. Adjust honey for sweetness and chill the mixture if too sticky.
