- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the quick oats and mini chocolate chips. Stir to mix them evenly.
- Add the peanut butter and honey to the bowl. Mix until everything combines into a sticky mixture.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls (about 12 equal-sized bites).
- Store the energy bites in an airtight container. Keep them at room temperature for a couple of days or refrigerate for up to a week.
Notes
Use natural peanut butter for the best flavor. Adjust honey for sweetness and chill the mixture if too sticky.
