Instructions

- Press the mixture into a lined cupcake tin to form small cups.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the oat cups evenly.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt to enhance the flavor.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
