Description

Delicious and wholesome Oat Apple Muffins, perfect for babies and toddlers, featuring the sweet flavors of oats and apples.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it.
  2. Combine the rolled oats, applesauce, mashed banana, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and sweetener in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in the diced apples until evenly dispersed.
  4. Spoon the batter into your muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
