- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour BBQ sauce and honey over the chicken, then add chicken broth.
- Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in cooked rice and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce and honey for an hour before cooking. Use brown rice for a healthier option.
