A simple and quick weeknight dinner featuring kielbasa, vibrant vegetables, and a delicious honey garlic sauce, all made in one pan.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until it’s browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Once the kielbasa is nicely browned, add the minced garlic and honey, stirring well to combine the flavors.
  4. Toss in the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots into the pan, coating them generously in the honey garlic mixture.
  5. Cook everything for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For a heartier meal, serve with rice or mashed potatoes. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
