A simple and quick weeknight dinner featuring kielbasa, vibrant vegetables, and a delicious honey garlic sauce, all made in one pan.
Ingredients

- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until it’s browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the kielbasa is nicely browned, add the minced garlic and honey, stirring well to combine the flavors.
- Toss in the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots into the pan, coating them generously in the honey garlic mixture.
- Cook everything for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For a heartier meal, serve with rice or mashed potatoes. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
