- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add heavy cream and powdered sugar to the cream cheese, mixing until thick and fluffy.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (or overnight) to let it set properly.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
