  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually add heavy cream and powdered sugar to the cream cheese, mixing until thick and fluffy.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (or overnight) to let it set properly.
