Description

Delightful soft and fluffy donuts infused with rich Oreo flavor, topped with whipped cream and crushed Oreos.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (for topping)
  • Additional crushed Oreos (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl; whisk until evenly mixed.
  3. Whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, then gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  5. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Top with whipped cream and garnish with additional crushed Oreos before serving.
