Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin side down, and brush the marinade generously over each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when poked with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
