Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin side down, and brush the marinade generously over each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when poked with a fork.
