- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 8 oz Pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Mix together the parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dip each chicken breast into the mixture to coat completely, then place it on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring until well combined.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the parmesan crusted chicken over the creamy pasta and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For best results, pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness before coating. Serve with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
