Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 8 oz Pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. Mix together the parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the mixture to coat completely, then place it on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  8. Add heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring until well combined.
  9. Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve the parmesan crusted chicken over the creamy pasta and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For best results, pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness before coating. Serve with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
