A quick and colorful pasta dish combining fresh vegetables and tomato sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked pasta
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add 1 cup of cooked pasta and mixed vegetables to the pan.
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
- Pour in 1 cup of tomato sauce and mix until all ingredients are coated evenly.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve warm, and optionally top with cheese for extra flavor!
Notes
Feel free to add protein or fresh herbs for customization. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
