Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
- Mix the ingredients until they come together nicely.
- Press the mixture into a lined muffin tin or a small baking dish.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to allow it to set.
- Once set, cut into bars or pop out of the muffin tin. Serve and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days or freeze for up to 2-3 months.
