Description

Peanut Butter Chocolate Oat Cups combine peanut butter and chocolate in a simple, nutritious no-bake treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix the ingredients until they come together nicely.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined muffin tin or a small baking dish.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to allow it to set.
  5. Once set, cut into bars or pop out of the muffin tin. Serve and enjoy!
