Ingredients

- 4 medium Russet potatoes (peeled and cut into fries)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Soak the cut potatoes in lukewarm water for 30 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a clean towel.
- Toss the fries with vegetable oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Add the fries to the fryer basket and air fry for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Notes
Don’t skip the soaking step for extra crispiness. Make sure to dry the potatoes well before seasoning.
