Description

Delicious, crispy fries that capture the iconic McDonald’s flavor, made easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes (peeled and cut into fries)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Soak the cut potatoes in lukewarm water for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a clean towel.
  3. Toss the fries with vegetable oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Add the fries to the fryer basket and air fry for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
