Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain it and set it aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  5. Coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture, covering both sides.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and finish cooking in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
