Instructions
- Start by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and let it cool.
- Combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss everything together until well-coated.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
