A refreshing blend of tropical fruits, this Pineapple Smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast or a cooling snack.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 orange, peeled
- 1 small banana
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen peach or mango chunks
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Pour the pineapple juice into a blender.
- Add the peeled orange and small banana on top of the juice.
- Throw in the frozen pineapple chunks and frozen peach or mango chunks.
- Add the cup of ice.
- If your blender has a tamper, use it while blending for better consistency.
- Start blending on low speed and gradually increase to high until thick and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more juice or water to adjust the consistency.
- Serve in tall glasses, optionally garnished with a slice of pineapple or mint.
Notes
For a different flavor, substitute pineapple juice with orange juice or coconut water. Experiment with toppings like shredded coconut or granola.
