- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Whisk together the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat in the marinade.
- Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the wings for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and toss in any remaining marinade.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For maximum flavor, marinate the wings for a few hours or overnight. Serve with crunchy vegetable sticks or coconut rice.
