Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat in the marinade.
  4. Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the wings for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven and toss in any remaining marinade.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate the wings for a few hours or overnight. Serve with crunchy vegetable sticks or coconut rice.
