- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the bok choy thoroughly to remove dirt. Drain and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the vegetable or sesame oil, swirling to coat the pan.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender but still crisp.
- Drizzle soy sauce and rice vinegar over the bok choy, stir well, and cook for another minute.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds while serving. Enjoy warm!
