  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the bok choy thoroughly to remove dirt. Drain and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the vegetable or sesame oil, swirling to coat the pan.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender but still crisp.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce and rice vinegar over the bok choy, stir well, and cook for another minute.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds while serving. Enjoy warm!
