Ingredients

- 2 large cucumbers
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
- 4 cups water
- Ice
- Lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- Peel and chop the cucumbers into smaller pieces.
- In a blender, combine the chopped cucumbers, lime juice, sugar, and 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Add the remaining 2 cups of water and stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lime slices.
Notes
For extra chill, refrigerate the cucumbers and water before preparation. Experiment with mint or other garnishes for added flavor.
