A revitalizing drink that combines the crispness of cucumber with the tangy brightness of lime, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the cucumbers into smaller pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped cucumbers, lime juice, sugar, and 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  4. Add the remaining 2 cups of water and stir well.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with lime slices.

Notes

For extra chill, refrigerate the cucumbers and water before preparation. Experiment with mint or other garnishes for added flavor.
