Instructions
- Peel and dice the cucumbers.
- Combine diced cucumbers, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, and honey or sugar in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher.
- Add water and stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
