Instructions

  3. Blend everything together until you achieve a smooth consistency. This should only take about 30 seconds to a minute.
  4. If you’d like a smoother beverage, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher. This step is optional based on your preference; if you enjoy the pulp, feel free to skip it!
  5. Finally, serve the agua fresca over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves for a beautiful presentation.
