Description

A creamy, aromatic roasted garlic dip that’s easy to make and perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the garlic by cutting the top off the head to expose the cloves.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the garlic.
  4. Wrap the garlic tightly in aluminum foil.
  5. Roast the garlic on a baking sheet for 30-35 minutes until soft and golden brown.
  6. Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  7. Squeeze roasted garlic cloves into the creamy mixture.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Transfer dip to a serving dish and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  10. Serve with fresh veggies, pita chips, or crusty bread.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months. If thawed and thick, mix in a splash of cream or yogurt.
