Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the garlic by cutting the top off the head to expose the cloves.
- Drizzle olive oil over the garlic.
- Wrap the garlic tightly in aluminum foil.
- Roast the garlic on a baking sheet for 30-35 minutes until soft and golden brown.
- Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Squeeze roasted garlic cloves into the creamy mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer dip to a serving dish and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve with fresh veggies, pita chips, or crusty bread.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months. If thawed and thick, mix in a splash of cream or yogurt.
