Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Allow the shrimp to marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
