- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions
- Marinate the skirt steak: Start by mixing the olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a bowl. Coat the skirt steak with this marinade, making sure it’s well covered. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes; if you have more time, letting it marinate for an hour will deepen the flavor even more!
- Cook the skirt steak: Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for a medium-rare finish.
