Delicious and nutritious Snickers Energy Balls made with peanut butter, Medjool dates, and chocolate chips, perfect for a quick snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 cup Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 cup Salted peanuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
- Pinch of Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Combine Medjool dates, rolled oats, honey, and peanut butter in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in chopped salted peanuts and dark chocolate chips.
- Roll portions of the mixture into balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with melted coconut oil and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
Notes
Ensure Medjool dates are soft. You can substitute honey with maple syrup to make it vegan.
