- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and sauté until they start to blister, about 2 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked linguine to coat with the flavors and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider serving with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a squeeze of lemon juice.
