- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and minced garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbling.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetable sticks.
