Description

A creamy, cheesy spinach artichoke dip that’s perfect for gatherings and has a delicious flavor balance.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and minced garlic.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbling.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetable sticks.

Notes
