Delicious spinach and ricotta stuffed shells, perfect for family gatherings and weeknight meals.
Ingredients

- 12 large pasta shells
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until they’re al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Fill each pasta shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a fresh green salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
