Description
A gourmet dish of succulent steak bites and shell pasta coated in creamy garlic butter Alfredo sauce, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound steak bites
- 8 ounces shell pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by cooking the shell pasta according to the package instructions. Once it’s al dente, drain it and set it aside for later.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the minced garlic. Sauté until it becomes fragrant.
- While the garlic is cooking, season the steak bites generously with salt and pepper. Once the garlic is ready, add the steak bites into the skillet. Cook them until they’re browned.
- After the steak bites are browned, reduce the heat to low. Pour in the heavy cream and add the grated parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until it comes together.
- Now, toss in the cooked shell pasta into the skillet with the sauce. Gently mix until every piece of pasta is well coated.
- Serve your dish immediately, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
For variations, consider adding sautéed vegetables or substituting steak with chicken, shrimp, or for a vegetarian option, use mushrooms or tofu.
