Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Add olive oil to the hot skillet, swirling it around to coat the bottom well. Sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for that perfect medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a plate for at least 5 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until it becomes fragrant but not brown.
- Pour in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce generously over the steaks and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Choose quality ribeye steaks for the best flavor and tenderness. Use fresh garlic for better taste.
