Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 200g noodles (any type)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: vegetables (like bell pepper, broccoli, or carrots)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set them aside.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about a minute.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and no longer pink inside, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and honey, mixing well to coat the chicken evenly.
  5. If using optional vegetables, add them to the pan now and cook until tender, for a few more minutes.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together to coat the noodles in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve straight from the pan and consider adding sesame seeds for extra crunch. Don’t overcook the chicken or the garlic!
