- 200g noodles
- 300g chicken breast, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Once tender, drain them and set them aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Cook the sliced chicken until it turns golden brown on all sides, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar, stirring until well combined and allowing it to bubble slightly.
- Combine the cooked noodles and drizzle in the sesame oil, tossing to coat the noodles in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
Don’t overcook the garlic to prevent bitterness. Adjust sweetness and saltiness as desired.
