Description

Delicious, creamy Strawberry Cheesecake Bites with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh strawberries, for topping
  • Strawberry sauce, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter in a bowl; mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins tightly.
  4. Bake the crust for about 5 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  5. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spoon the filling into the cooled crusts generously.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
  9. Top with fresh strawberries or drizzle with strawberry sauce before serving.
