- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Fresh strawberries, for topping
- Strawberry sauce, optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter in a bowl; mix until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins tightly.
- Bake the crust for about 5 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the filling into the cooled crusts generously.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
- Top with fresh strawberries or drizzle with strawberry sauce before serving.
