Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Additional strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by mixing the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl until crumbly. Press into the bottom of dessert cups.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in the cups.
  5. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top.
  6. Repeat the layering process, finishing with a layer of strawberries on top.
  7. Garnish with additional strawberries.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother mixture. Don’t over-whip the heavy cream to maintain a light texture.
