- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- Additional strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Start by mixing the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl until crumbly. Press into the bottom of dessert cups.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in the cups.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top.
- Repeat the layering process, finishing with a layer of strawberries on top.
- Garnish with additional strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother mixture. Don’t over-whip the heavy cream to maintain a light texture.
