Instructions

  3. Cream the softened butter in another bowl until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and strawberry puree. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined; be careful not to overmix, or the cupcakes may become dense.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter, giving them room to rise.
