Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup fresh mango, cubed
  • 1 cup yogurt or milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the strawberries, mango, yogurt or milk, and honey or maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until frosty.
  3. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes
