- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup fresh mango, cubed
- 1 cup yogurt or milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the strawberries, mango, yogurt or milk, and honey or maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until frosty.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with a garnish of fresh fruit and opt for a splash of milk for a thinner consistency if desired.
